补脾胃泻阴火升阳汤联合常规西药治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察补脾胃泻阴火升阳汤联合常规西药治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的效果。方法:选取2021年10月—2022年10月衡水市中医医院收治的70例慢性肾功能衰竭患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,各35例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予补脾胃泻阴火升阳汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组中医证候积分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清肌酐、尿素氮水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.021)。结论:补脾胃泻阴火升阳汤在慢性肾功能衰竭患者中具有显著的治疗效果,可改善症状与肾功能。Objective:To observe the effect of Nourishing Spleen and Stomach,Clearing Yin Fire and Invigorating Yang Decoction(Bupiwei Xieyinhuo Shengyang Tang)combined with conventional western medicine in treatment of chronic renal failure.Meth⁃ods:A total of 70 patients with chronic renal failure admitted to Hengshui Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medi⁃cine,and the observation group was treated with Nourishing Spleen and Stomach,Clearing Yin Fire and Invigorating Yang Decoc⁃tion on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects were compared between two groups.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome score in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum creatinine and urea nitrogen levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.021).Conclusion:Nourishing Spleen and Stomach,Clearing Yin Fire and Invigorating Yang Decoction has significant therapeutic effect in chronic renal failure,and can improve the symptoms and renal function.
