采供血服务中采取差错管理对血站质量管理水平和血液质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究采供血服务中采取差错管理对血站质量管理水平和血液质量的影响。方法:将2020年6—12月枣庄市中心血站未实施差错管理的健康血液标本100份作为对照组,2021年1—6月实施差错管理的健康血液标本100份作为观察组。对照组进行常规监管,观察组实施差错管理。比较两组供血差错事故率、血站管理水平评分、血液检测不合格率。结果:观察组各项血站管理水平评分及总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组血液检测总不合格率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组供血差错总事故发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.004)。结论:将差错管理应用于血站中,有利于提升采供血人员业务技能水平与服务质量,优化工作流程,降低差错出现概率,确保有效、科学地应用血液资源。Objective:To investigate the impact of error management in blood collection and supply service on the quality management level and blood quality of blood stations.Methods:From June 2020 to December 2020,no error management was implemented in Zaozhuang City Central Blood Station and 100 health blood specimens were collected as the control group.From January 2021 to June 2021,error management was implemented and 100 health blood specimens were collected as the observation group.The control group implemented conventional supervision and the observation group implemented error management.Blood supply error accident rate,blood station management level score,and blood test unqualified rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The score of each item and total scores of blood station management level in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total unqualified rate of blood tests in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total incidence of blood supply error accidents in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.004).Conclusion:The application of error management in blood station is conducive to improving the work skills and service quality of blood collection and supply personnel,optimizing the work process,reducing the probability of errors,and ensuring the effective and scientific application of blood resources.
