腹腔镜术后联合药物治疗子宫内膜异位囊肿的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜术后联合药物治疗子宫内膜异位囊肿的临床价值。方法选取80例子宫内膜异位囊肿患者,采用配偶法将其分为两组,每组40例。对照组患者予以腹腔镜手术治疗,试验组在术后联合药物治疗。比较两组患者性激素水平、2年内妊娠率以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组患者促黄体生成素、雌二醇及卵泡刺激素水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组促黄体生成素、雌二醇及卵泡刺激素均呈降低水平,且研究组较对照组更低(P<0.05)。研究组患者2年内妊娠率为62.50%,明显高于对照组的40.00%(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜术后联合药物治疗可以有效改善子宫内膜异位囊肿患者的性激素水平,提高妊娠率,并且不良反应发生率相对较低。Objective To investigate the clinical value of laparoscopy combined with drugs in the treatment of endometriosis cyst.Methods 80 patients with ectopic endometrial cyst were selected and divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group by spouse method.The control group was treated with laparoscopic surgery,and the experimental group was treated with postoperative drugs.Sex hormone levels,pregnancy rate within 2 years and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of luteinizing hormone,estrone and follicle stimulating hormone between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of luteinizing hormone,estrone and FSH in both groups were decreased,and the levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The 2-year pregnancy rate in the study group was 62.50%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(40.00%)(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopy combined with drug therapy can effectively improve the level of sex hormones in patients with endometrial cysts,increase the pregnancy rate,and the incidence of adverse reactions is relatively low.
