摘　　要：超声是一种非侵入性的检查方法,具有客观、可重复、实时成像等优势,能够准确评估宫颈扩张、胎方位、胎头位置,在预测分娩方式和时长、阴道手术助产前评估和剖宫产术后阴道试产等各方面均起到重要作用。近年来,超声已成为产程管理中广泛应用的工具,有助于临床医师识别产程中的异常情况,做出正确的干预决策,避免不良分娩结局。本文就超声在产程中的常用参数指标、应用现状进行综述,并分析未来的研究方向,以期为临床医师使用超声进行产程管理提供帮助。Ultrasound is a non-invasive examination method with advantages such as objectivity,reproducibility,and real-time imaging.It can accurately evaluate cervical dilation,fetal orientation,and fetal head position.It plays an important role in predicting delivery mode and duration,pre evaluation of vaginal surgery for delivery assistance,and vaginal trial delivery after cesarean section.In recent years,ultrasound has become a widely used tool in labor management,helping clinical doctors identify abnormal conditions during labor,make correct intervention decisions,and avoid adverse delivery outcomes.This article reviews the commonly used parameter indicators and application status of ultrasound in the labor process,and analyzes future research directions,in order to provide assistance for clinical doctors to use ultrasound for labor process management.
