定经汤联合针刺疗法治疗肾虚肝郁型多囊卵巢综合征致不孕症患者的效果研究

摘　　要：目的分析定经汤联合针刺疗法治疗肾虚肝郁型多囊卵巢综合征伴不孕症患者的效果。方法选取76例肾虚肝郁型多囊卵巢综合征致不孕症患者,通过随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各38例。对照组患者采用常规西药治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用定经汤联合针刺疗法治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果研究组治疗总有效率较对照组更高(P<0.05)。研究组性激素水平优于对照组,卵泡数少于对照组,子宫内膜厚度及最大卵泡直径高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组排卵率89.47%、妊娠率55.26%均分别高于对照组的57.89%、31.58%(P<0.05)。结论定经汤联合针刺疗法治疗能够有效提升肾虚肝郁型多囊卵巢综合征致不孕症患者的临床效果,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the effect of dingjing decoction combined with acupuncture on the treatment of kidney deficiency and liver depression type polycystic ovary syndrome with infertility.Methods76 cases of infertility caused by kidney deficiency and liver depression polycystic ovary syndrome were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,38 cases each.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with dingjing decoction combined with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The sex hormone level of the study group was better than that of the control group,the number of follicles was less than that of the control group,and the endometrial thickness and maximum follicle diameter were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The ovulation rate of 89.47%and pregnancy rate of 55.26%in the study group were higher than 57.89%and 31.58%in the control group,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion Dingjing decoction combined with acupuncture therapy can effectively improve the clinical effect of infertility patients with kidney deficiency and liver depression type polycystic ovary syndrome,which is worthy ofclinical promotion.
