摘 要:为筛选出能够提升菠萝果实品质的催花药剂,采用不同浓度的乙烯利、萘乙酸、碳化钙对菠萝植株进行催花处理,并对其果实品质进行测定和比较。结果表明:催花药剂可提高菠萝果实维生素C含量,以400 mg/g萘乙酸效果最佳;催花药剂可降低菠萝果实可溶性固形物含量,以300倍乙烯利效果最明显;催花药剂可增加果实可滴定酸含量,以2.5%碳化钙增加果实酸度最明显。综合分析,用1.5%碳化钙对菠萝催花提升果实品质效果最佳,果实维生素C含量17.35 mg/100 g,可溶性固形物含量17.36%,可滴定酸含量0.63%,糖酸比27.74%,比例适中,果实酸甜,口感风味较佳。The pineapple plants were treated with different concentrations of ethethylene,naphthalene acetic acid and calci-um carbide,and the fruit quality was measured and compared.The results showed that flowering agents could increase the content of vitamin C in pineapple fruit,and 400 mg/g naphthylacetic acid had the best effect.Flower stimulating agent can reduce the soluble solid content of pineapple fruit,and 300 times ethethylene has the most obvious effect.Flowering agents can increase acidity of fruit,and 2.5%calcium carbide can increase the acidity of fruit most obviously.Comprehen-sive analysis showed that it has the best effect by using 1.5%calcium carbide in promoting pineapple flowering and im-proving fruit quality,with vitamin C content of 17.35 mg/100 g,soluble solid content of 17.36%,titrable acid content of 0.63%,sugar-acid ratio of 27.74%,moderate ratio,sweet and sour fruits and better taste and flavor.
