摘 要:以12个橡胶树无性系的叶片为材料,采用流式细胞仪和核型分析相结合鉴定倍性,石蜡切片法比较不同倍性植株的叶片解剖结构,最终通过主成分分析与隶属函数法评价其抗旱性水平。结果表明:12个无性系中包含5个三倍体、7个二倍体;两种倍性植株的叶片解剖结构在绝大多数无性系间存在显著差异。通过多重比较和主成分分析,筛选出栅海比、叶片紧密度、叶片厚度、栅栏组织厚度、海绵组织厚度、中脉厚度、下表皮厚度等7项具有代表性的抗旱性评价指标,用隶属函数法得出不同倍性无性系的抗旱排序为187>584>585>272>314>600>186>190>637>620>281>277,无性系187、584、585在生产实际中也具有较强的抗旱性,与上述评价结果相吻合。In this study,12 clonal leaves Heveawere identified by flow cytometry and karyotype analysis.The thickness dif-ference of the two types of leaves was compared by paraffin section to evaluate their drought resistance.The results showed that the 12 clones contained 5 triploids and 7 diploids.The anatomical structure of the two ploidy leaves showed significant differences in most of the clones.Through multiple comparison and principal component analysis,the ratio of gate to sea,leaf density,leaf thickness,palisade tissue thickness and spongy tissue thickness were screened.The seven rep-resentative indexes of midvein thickness and lower epidermis thickness were calculated by membership function method.The drought resistance order of different ploidy clones was 187>584>585>272>314>600>186>190>637>620>281>277.The clones(187,584,585)also have strong drought resistance in practical production,which is consistent with the above evaluation results.
