摘  要:在掺杂金刚石中,含硼金刚石凭借其诸多优良的物化性能成为了近年来的研究热点之一。文章简单介绍了含硼金刚石的结构特征和性能,并以触媒掺硼和石墨掺硼两个分类,对高温高压合成含硼金刚石近年来的研究进行了概括综述。并对采用石墨层间化合物配合触媒合成含硼金刚石进行了总结分析,探讨目前含硼金刚石在导电性能方面所面临的难题,并对其发展进行了展望。Among the doped diamonds,boron-containing diamond has become one of the research hotspots in recent years by virtue of its many excellent physical and chemical properties.The structural characteristics and properties of boron-containing diamonds are briefly introduced,and the research on high-temperature and high-pressure synthesis of boron-containing diamonds in recent years is summarized under the two classifications of catalyst-doped and graphite-doped diamonds.It also summarizes and analyzes the synthesis of boron-containing diamonds using graphite interlayer compounds with catalysts,discusses the current difficulties faced by boron-containing diamonds in terms of electrical conductivity,and looks forward to its development.
