摘　　要：盘锦是新晋湿地城市,针对其目前存在的可用淡水资源较匮乏、水资源利用率较低等问题提出解决对策,以缓解盘锦市水资源问题,更好发展湿地城市。As a newly promoted wetland city,Panjin is currently facing some problems,such as the shortage of available freshwater resources,low water resource utilization rate,etc.In response to the issues,some countermeasures are proposed to alleviate the water resource problems in Panjin City,better develop the wetland city.
