磁疗联合生物反馈电刺激治疗盆腔肌筋膜疼痛综合征的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析磁疗联合生物反馈电刺激治疗盆腔肌筋膜疼痛综合征的效果。方法选取2022年2月至2023年4月在厦门市妇幼保健院健康管理科接受治疗的82例盆腔肌筋膜疼痛综合征患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为联合组(n=41)与对照组(n=41),对照组采用生物反馈电刺激治疗,联合组采用生物反馈电刺激联合磁疗治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的疼痛分值、盆底肌肌张力情况及性生活质量满意度。结果治疗前,两组患者疼痛分值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,联合组疼痛分值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的盆底肌肌张力等盆底功能比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者盆底肌肌张力效果高于本组治疗前,联合组的盆底肌肌张力效果高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组的性生活质量满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用生物反馈电刺激联合磁疗治疗对盆腔肌筋膜疼痛综合征患者进行治疗,能够有效改善盆腔肌筋膜疼痛,提升患者的性生活满意度,减少盆腔肌筋膜疼痛综合征的并发症,提高女性的性生活质量,减轻患者心理压力。Objective To analyze the effect of magnetic therapy combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation on pelvic myofascial pain syndrome.Methods A total of 82 patients with pelvic myofascial pain syndrome who received treatment in the Department of Health Management of Xiamen Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from February 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into combination group(n=41)and control group(n=41)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with biofeedback electrical stimulation.The combination group was treated with biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with magnetic therapy.The pain scores,pelvic floor muscle tension and sexual satisfaction were compared before and after treatment between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the pain scores of the combination group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in pelvic floor muscle tension and other pelvic floor functions between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the effects of pelvic floor muscle tension in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the effect of pelvic floor muscle tension in the combination group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of sexual life quality in the combination group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with magnetic therapy in the treatment of patients with pelvic myofascial pain syndrome can effectively improve the pelvic myofascial pain,enhance the sexual satisfaction of patients,reduce the complications of pelvic myofascial pain syndrome,improve the sexual life quality of women,and relieve the psychol
