摘 要:冠状动脉疾病是全球性的健康问题,临床上对降低冠状动脉疾病发病率和死亡率的手段有限。簇蛋白作为糖基化蛋白,以不同形式的糖基化变体参与冠状动脉疾病相关的炎症、氧化应激、补体反应、细胞凋亡等机制的调节,协调多种细胞因子发挥心血管相关作用。在冠状动脉疾病及相关疾病的发生发展中,血清及不同组织细胞内糖基化簇蛋白的水平及糖基化程度发生改变。了解冠状动脉疾病中糖基化簇蛋白的作用,有助于揭示疾病发展的病理机制,干预不同病理机制下簇蛋白糖基化过程,可能为未来干预治疗提供新的靶点。Coronary artery disease poses a global health challenge,and there are limited clinical means to reduce its morbidity and mortality.Clusterins,as glycosylated proteins,are involved in the regulation of inflammation,oxidative stress,complement response,apoptosis and other mechanisms associated with coronary artery disease in different forms of glycosylated variants,coordinating a variety of cytokines to play cardiovascular-related roles.The concentration and the glycosylation levels of clusterins in serum and various tissues undergo alterations during the onset and progression of coronary artery disease and related conditions.Understanding the role of glycosylation cluster proteins in coronary artery disease can help to reveal the pathomechanisms and intervene in the cluster protein glycosylation process under different pathomechanisms,which may provide new targets for the future intervention therapy.
