摘　　要：围绝经期及绝经后期是女性一生中的重要阶段,女性性功能障碍(FSD)作为这个阶段的第二大常见问题,由于受特殊的生理因素、心理因素、生活方式和慢性疾病等因素影响,存在患病率高、就诊率低等特点。目前FSD的药物治疗仍不能满足患者理想的安全需求,药物治疗联合物理、心理等综合治疗已成为FSD的核心治疗方法。近年随着女性性医学的发展,新型的手术治疗、干细胞治疗等也具有一定潜在价值。因此,全面了解围绝经期及绝经后FSD的影响因素,可以为疾病的治疗提供新思路。Perimenopause and postmenopausal periods are important stages in a woman′s life,as the second most common issue at this stage,female sexual dysfunction(FSD)is characterized by high prevalence and low treatment-seeking rates due to various physiological,psychological,lifestyle,and chronic disease factors.At present,the drug therapy of FSD still falls short of meeting the patients′safety requirements,making the combination of drug therapy with physical,psychological,and comprehensive treatments the core approach.With the advancement of women′s sexual medicine in recent years,new surgical interventions and stem cell therapies also hold certain potential value.Therefore,a comprehensive understanding of the influencing factors of FSD during perimenopause and postmenopause can offer new insights for the disease management.
