智能控压系统输尿管软镜钬激光碎石治疗70例复杂性肾结石患者的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的比较智能控压系统输尿管软镜钬激光碎石与经皮肾镜钬激光碎石治疗复杂性肾结石的治疗效果。方法选取2022年3月至2023年9月该院收治的复杂性肾结石患者70例,按治疗方法不同分为两组,每组35例。观察组采取智能控压系统输尿管软镜钬激光碎石治疗,对照组采取经皮肾镜钬激光碎石治疗。比较两组患者相关临床指标水平、治疗前后炎症指标水平、结石清除率及并发症发生率。结果观察组患者相关临床指标水平,包括术中出血量、手术时间、术后血红蛋白下降值、住院时间、术后下床活动时间较对照组减少或提前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组结石清除率高于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者输血、再次手术栓塞止血发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论智能控压系统输尿管软镜钬激光碎石治疗复杂性肾结石可减少术后并发症,缩短术后康复时间,提高患者结石清除率,减少相关并发症发生,可临床上推广。Objective To compare the effect between intelligent pressure control system flexible ureteroscopy and percutaneous nephroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of complex kidney stones.Methods Seventy patients with complex kidney stones admitted and treated in this hospital from March 2022 to September 2023 were selected and divided into 2 groups according to different treatment methods,35 cases in each group.The observation group was treated by ureteral soft lens holmium laser lithotripsy with intelligent pressure control system.The control group was treated with percutaneous nephroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy.The level of related clinical indicators,inflammatory indicators before and after treatment,stone clearance rate and complications occurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of related clinical indicators in the observation group,including intraoperative blood loss volume,operation time,postoperative hemoglobin decline value,hospital stay duration,and postoperative bed activity time,were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The stone clearance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the complications occurrence rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in blood transfusion and occurrence rate of re-operation embolization hemostasis between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The intelligent pressure control system ureteral flexible holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of complex kidney stones could reduce postoperative complications,shorten postoperative rehabilitation time,increase the stone clearance rate,control the related complications of the patients,which can be promoted and applied in clinic.
