摘 要:针对工程装备挂胶履带修复过程中所面临的金属基体易断裂等难题,研究履带脱胶工艺及其对基体材质的影响。通过多次加温脱胶试验,分析加温脱胶后金属板体的金相组织结构变化情况,确定了重新挂胶修复后的履带板在使用过程中发生断裂的原因。在此基础上,提出了改进履带板挂胶修复新工艺。采用新的修复工艺后,在脱胶时不损害履带板基材,并且在挂胶修复后质量良好,能够满足使用要求。该修复工艺可以降低修理成本,提高履带板的使用寿命,具有较高的经济效益。Ai ming at the dificult problems such as easy fracture of the metal matrix during the repair of the adhesive track of engineering equipment,the degum ming process of the track and its influence on the material of the substrate were studied.The changes of the metallography structure of the metal plate after heating and degum ming were observed and analyzed through multiple temperature degum ming tests,and the reasons for the fracture of the track plate after re-hanging and repairing were deter mined.On the basis of this,a new process was proposed to improve the repair of track plate hanging glue.The new process did not damage the substrate of track plate during degum ming,and the quality was good after hanging glue repair,which met the requirements of use.The repair process proposed in this paper can reduce the repair cost,increase the service life of the track plate,and have high economic benefits.
