摘  要:为提高提升机在矿井运行中的安全性和可靠性,通过比对后置式、无轴式盘式制动器性能,选用无轴式盘式制动器,并依据控制变量法分析制动初速度、压力及摩擦系数对紧急安全制动性能的影响,结论发现,增大制动初速度会降低制动性能,增大制动压力、摩擦系数会提升制动性能,但都会使波动范围和振动频率增大,制动稳定性差;且摩擦系数的衰减会使制动力矩降低,削弱制动效果。In order to improve the safety and reliability of the hoist in mine operation,we choose the shaftless disc brake by comparing the performance of the rear-mounted and shafless disc brakes,and analyse the effects of initial braking speed,pressure and friction coefficient on the emergency safety braking performance according to the control variable method,and conclude that:increasing the initial braking speed reduces the braking performance,and increasing braking pressure and friction coefficient improves the braking performance.It is found that:increasing the initial braking speed will reduce the braking performance,increasing the braking pressure and friction coefficient will improve the braking performance,but all of them will increase the fluctuation range and vibration frequency,and the braking stability will be poor;and the attenuation of the friction coefficient will reduce the braking torque and weaken the braking effect.
