摘 要:离心通风机在煤矿中应用非常广泛,叶轮前盘线型会对设备性能产生重要影响。首先对离心通风机叶轮结构进行概述,利用SolidWorks和ANSYS软件建立了离心通风机的数值模型,设计了四种典型的叶轮前盘型线,对四种结构的全压系数和效率进行综合对比分析,认为前盘型线Ⅲ最具优势。基于试验方法对前盘型线Ⅰ和Ⅲ的性能进行验证,发现试验结果有效验证了数值模拟结果,前盘线型Ⅲ有最优的性能,特别是在高流量工况条件下,性能优势更加明显。Centrifugal ventilators are widely used in coal mines,and the impeller front disc profile has an important impact on the performance of the equipment.Firstly,the impeller structure of centrifugal ventilator is outlined,the numerical model of centrifugal ventilator is established by using SolidWorks and ANSYS software,and four typical impeller front disc profiles are designed,and the full-pressure coefficients and efficiencies of the four structures are comprehensively compared and analysed,and it is considered that the front disc profile Ⅱ has the most advantages.Based on the test method to verify the performance of the front disc line Ⅰ and Ⅱ,it is found that the test results effectively verify the numerical simulation results,and the front disc line Il has the optimal performance,especially in the high-flow working conditions,the performance advantage is more obvious.
