摘 要:为提升采煤机控制系统的动态特性,实现精确控制。通过分析遗传算法PID控制原理,将遗传算法PID控制和液压系统相结合,优化电液比例控制的采煤机自动调高液压系统。对比仿真分析优化前后活塞杆速度响应、位移跟踪情况,相比于单纯电液比例控制具有更好的效果,可实现滚筒垂直位置的快速改变;且优化后降低因负载扰动产生的稳态误差,增强抗干扰能力和精度。In order to improve the dynamic characteristics of the control system of coal mining machine and achieve precise control.By analysing the principle of PID control of genetic algorithm,the hydraulic system of automatic height adjustment of coal mining machine with electro-hydraulic proportional control is optimized by combining the PID control of genetic algorithm and hydraulic system.Comparison simulation analysis before and after the optimisation of the piston rod speed response,displacement tracking,compared with the pure electro-hydraulic proportional control has a better effect,can realize the rapid change of the vertical position of the drum;and optimization to reduce the steady state error due to the load perturbation,to enhance the anti-interference ability and accuracy.
