摘  要:复合顶板条件下煤炭开采时顶板管理难度较高,容易出现顶板离层量大、冒落等问题,给采面煤炭安全回采带来制约。以山西某矿31107综采工作面为研究对象,针对采面顶板为复合顶板问题,在综合对比锚杆及锚索支护、工字钢架棚支护以及联合支护(锚网索+工作钢架棚)基础上,优选采用联合支护方式控制回撤通道围岩稳定;结合现场条件,对收尾工作安排进行阐述。采用的收尾方式及围岩控制方式可满足31107综采工作面大吨位设备回撤需要,期间未出现围岩变形量大、液压支架压死等问题,为采面设备安全高效回撤创造了良好条件。It is difficult to manage the top plate in coal mining under the condition of composite top plate,and it is easy to have various problems such as large amount of top plate off the layer and risk of falling,which brings constraints on the safe recovery of coal from the mining face.Taking the closing of 31107 comprehensive mining face as the engineering background,for the problem of composite roof,based on the comprehensive comparison of anchor rod and anchor cable support,I-beam steel frame shed support and joint support(anchor net cable+working steel frame shed),the preferred method of joint support is to control the stability of the perimeter rock of the withdrawal channel;combined with the on-site conditions,the arrangements for the closing work are elaborated.The adopted closing method and perimeter rock control method can meet the needs of large tonnage equipment retraction in 31107 comprehensive mining face,during which there is no problem of large perimeter rock deformation and hydraulic bracket crushing,which creates good conditions for the safe and efficient retraction of mining face equipment.
