振速法在变速箱测试中的应用

摘　　要：汽车变速箱是汽车的重要组成部件,其质量的优劣极大程度地影响着汽车性能的好坏。在实际运行过程中,变速箱的振动与噪声是两个关键性问题,为了更好地对变速箱进行测试,分析了振速法的理论知识,并且将振速法应用到变速箱测试过程中,对振速法测量以及数据处理进行研究,修正了总噪声,并对声压计法与振速法的测量结论进行分析,可知振速法在变速箱测试中应用效果较好,并且有着更好的应用前景。Automobile gearbox is an important component of automobile,and its quality greatly affects the performance of automobile.In the process of actual operation,the vibration and noise of the gearbox are two key problems,in order to better test the gearbox,the theoretical knowledge of the vibration speed method is analysed,and the vibration speed method is applied to the test process of the gearbox,and the vibration speed method measurement and data processing are investigated,and the total noise is corrected,and the conclusions of the acoustic pressure meter and the vibration speed method are analysed,and it is known that the vibration speed method is applied to the test of the gearbox with good results and better performance.It can be seen that the application of vibration velocity method in gearbox testing is better and has better application prospects.
