不同配比钻井岩屑路基材料的性能研究

摘  要:为分析半刚性路基材料中掺入钻井岩屑混合料后的性能,通过室内试验的方法来进行研究,研究内容包括原材料的性质及选择、钻井岩屑路基材料配合比的设计及性能分析。研究结果表明:随着钻井岩屑含量的增加,结合料性能将会变差,钻井岩屑对结合料会产生不利的影响。当钻井岩屑的含量不大于水泥掺量时,对结合料性能的影响较小;超过水泥含量(6%)时,对结合料性能的影响较大。To analyze the performance of semi-rigid roadbed materials mixed with drilling rock cuttings,indoor experiments were conducted to study the properties and selection of raw materials,as well as the design and performance analysis of drilling rock cuttings roadbed material mix proportions.The research results indicate that as the content of drilling cuttings increases,the performance of the binder will deteriorate,and drilling cuttings will have adverse effects on the binder.When the content of drilling cuttings is not greater than the cement content,the impact on the performance of the binder is relatively small;When the drilling cuttings content exceeds 6%,it has a significant impact on the performance of the binder.
