异常子宫出血患者行宫腔镜检查的临床效果及可行性探讨

摘　　要：目的研究异常子宫出血患者行宫腔镜检查的临床效果及可行性。方法选取64例异常子宫出血患者,患者均实施经阴道彩超检查和宫腔镜检查,将手术结果作为诊断标准,观察其检查结果。结果通过手术确诊,64例异常子宫出血患者中有2例子宫内膜癌,21例子宫内膜息肉,10例子宫肌瘤,5例子宫内膜炎,18例子宫内膜单纯性增生,8例胚胎残留。宫腔镜对子宫内膜息肉、子宫肌瘤、子宫内膜单纯性增生、胚胎残留的检出率较经阴道彩超更高(P<0.05);宫腔镜对子宫内膜炎、子宫内膜癌的检出率高于经阴道彩超,但比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论异常子宫出血患者实施宫腔镜检查的效果满意,对不同病灶的检出率高于经阴道彩超,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To study the clinical effect and feasibility of hysteroscopy in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods 64 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding were selected,all of whom underwent transvaginal ultrasonography and hysteroscopy.The surgical results were taken as the diagnostic criteria,and the examination results were observed.Results Among the 64 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding,there were 2 cases of endometrial cancer,21 cases of endometrial polyps,10 cases of uterine fibroids,5 cases of endometrial inflammation,18 cases of simple endometrial hyperplasia,and 8 cases of residual embryo.The detection rate of endometrial polyp,uterine myoma,endometrial simple hyperplasia and embryo residue was higher than that of transvaginal color ultrasound(P<0.05).The detection rate of endometritis and endometrial cancer by hysteroscopy was higher than that by transvaginal ultrasonography,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of hysteroscopy for patients with abnormal uterine bleeding is satisfactory,and the detection rate of different lesions is higher than that of transvaginal color ultrasound,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
