二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮在多囊卵巢综合征治疗中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨多囊卵巢综合征患者采用二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗的临床效果。方法选取60例多囊卵巢综合征患者,根据信封法分为两组,每组30例。对照组给予炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合二甲双胍治疗。比较两组治疗前后的性激素水平、胰岛素水平、月经规律恢复及排卵恢复情况。结果治疗后研究组睾酮(T)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E_(2))、促黄体生成素(LH)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组空腹胰岛素(FINS)及胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)低于对照组,胰岛素分泌指数(HOMA-β)高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组月经规律恢复率93.33%高于对照组的73.33%,排卵恢复正常率96.67%高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。结论炔雌醇环丙孕酮联合二甲双胍能改善多囊卵巢综合征患者性激素、胰岛素水平,促进患者月经规律和排卵恢复,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of metformin combined with ethinestradiol cyproterone in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods 60 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were divided into two groups according to envelope method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ethinylestradiol cyproterone,and the study group was treated with metformin based on the control group.The sex hormone levels,insulin levels,menstrual regularity and ovulation recovery were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the levels of testosterone(T),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E_(2))and luteinizing hormone(LH)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,fasting insulin(FINS)and insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and insulin secretion index(HOMA-β)was higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recovery rate of menstrual regularity in the study group was 93.33%higher than that in the control group(73.33%),and the recovery rate of ovulation was 96.67%higher than that in the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Ethoestradiol cyproterone combined with metformin can improve the levels of sex hormones and insulin in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome,and promote the regularity of menstruation and ovulation recovery,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
