保妇康栓联合重组人干扰素α2b凝胶治疗慢性宫颈炎伴HPV感染的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨保妇康栓联合重组人干扰素α2b凝胶治疗慢性宫颈炎伴人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染患者的临床疗效。方法选取60例慢性宫颈炎伴HPV感染患者,根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组30例。对照组患者仅应用重组人干扰素α2b凝胶治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上加用保妇康栓治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果研究组总有效率达93.33%,明显较对照组的66.67%高(P<0.05);与对照组比较,研究组阴道出血、创面愈合、阴道排液时间均更短(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,研究组HPV转阴率明显更高,复发率明显更低(P<0.05)。结论保妇康栓联合重组人干扰素α2b治疗方案应用于慢性宫颈炎伴HPV感染患者中,临床疗效确切,提高HPV转阴率,促进创面愈合及改善症状,降低复发率,值得临床推广。Objective To summarize the clinical effect of Baofukang supposal combined with recombinant human interferon a2b gel in the treatment of chronic cervicitis with human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Methods 60 patients with chronic cervicitis with HPV infection were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with recombinant human interferon a2b gel,and the study group was treated with Baofukang supposal on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.33%,which was higher than 66.67%of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the study group had shorter vaginal bleeding,wound healing and vaginal drainage time(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the negative conversion rate of HPV in the study group was significantly higher,and the recurrence rate was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Baofukang Supposal combined with recombinant human interferon a2b gel treatment in chronic cervicitis patients with HPV infection,the clinical effect is accurate,improve HPV negative rate,promote wound healing and improve symptoms,reduce recurrence rate,worthy of clinical promotion.
