电针联合中频电治疗对颞颌关节紊乱症患者不良反应及效果的影响

摘　　要：目的探析颞颌关节紊乱症患者应用电针联合中频电治疗所取效果,评估对患者不良反应产生的影响。方法随机选取2022年1月—2023年8月联勤保障部队第九一〇医院收治的60例经临床检查确诊为颞颌关节紊乱症的患者为研究对象,利用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组患者应用封闭治疗,观察组应用电针联合中频电治疗仪,对比临床效果,评估指标包含临床治疗有效率、疼痛评分、Helkimo功能障碍指数以及不良反应发生率。结果观察组临床治疗有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.043,P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者视觉模拟量表(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组Helkimo功能障碍指数测定结果低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率(13.33%)低于对照组(23.33%),但差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.002,P>0.05)。结论颞颌关节紊乱症患者应用电针联合中频电治疗具有较高的安全性、有效性,可有效改善患者临床症状,促进功能恢复。Objective To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture combined with medium frequency electrotherapy in patients with temporomandibular joint disorder,and to evaluate the effect of adverse reactions in patients.Methods A total of 60 patients diagnosed with temporomandibular joint disorders by clinical examination admitted to 901 Hospital of Joint Logistics Support Force from January 2022 to August 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with block therapy,and the patients in the observation group were treated with electroacupuncture combined with medium-frequency electrotherapeutic apparatus.The clinical effects were compared,and the evaluation indicators included clinical treatment efficiency,pain score,Helkimo dysfunction index and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results The clinical effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.043,P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was signifi-cantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Helkimo dys-function index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(13.33%)was lower than that in the con-trol group(23.33%),but the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=1.002,P>0.05).Conclusion Electroacu-puncture combined with medium frequency electrotherapy for temporomandibular joint disorders is safe and effective,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms and promote functional recovery.
