肺康复治疗应用于慢阻肺缓解期患者的临床治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析肺康复治疗应用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病(简称慢阻肺)缓解期的效果。方法随机选取2021年2月—2023年1月在福建医科大学附属泉州市第一医院收治的80例慢阻肺缓解期患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分组,各40例。对照组采取常规治疗,观察组在此基础上,采取肺康复治疗。对比两组康复效果。结果观察组治疗后肺功能、生活质量评分均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05),6 min步行距离(423.0±23.5)m较对照组(358.6±18.5)m远,差异有统计学意义(t=13.618,P<0.05)。结论慢阻肺缓解期采取肺康复治疗,有助于患者肺功能、生活质量的提升,可提高其运动耐力。Objective To analyze the effect of pulmonary rehabilitation therapy in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease remission period.Methods A total of eighty COPD remission patients treated in Quanzhou First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from February 2021 to January 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects.They were divided into two groups with forty cases each by random number table method.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received pulmonary rehabilitation treatment on this basis.The rehabilitation effect between the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the lung function and the scores of quality of life in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05),the 6 min walking distance(423.0±23.5)m was longer than that of the control group(358.6±18.5)m,and the difference was statistically significant(t=13.618,P<0.05).Conclusion Pulmonary rehabilitation therapy during COPD remission is helpful to the improvement of lung function,quality of life and exercise endurance.
