单孔后腹腔镜与传统后腹腔镜治疗肾囊肿的效果与安全性对比

摘　　要：目的探究单孔后腹腔镜与传统后腹腔镜治疗肾囊肿的效果与安全性。方法随机选取2020年1月—2023年10月镇江市第一人民医院收治的50例肾囊肿患者为研究对象,依据随机数表法分为对照组与研究组,每组25例。对照组采用传统后腹腔镜术,研究组采用单孔后腹腔镜术,比较两组患者手术时间、出血量、住院天数、术中腹膜损伤发生率、不良反应发生率及术后第1天的疼痛评分。结果研究组住院天数、术中出血量低于对照组,手术时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组术中腹膜损伤发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.556,P<0.05)。研究组术后第1天疼痛评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上对于肾囊肿患者应用单孔后腹腔镜术治疗效果确切,且不增加手术并发症,安全性高,术后疼痛轻。Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of single aperture retrolaparoscopy and traditional retrolapa-roscopy in the treatment of renal cysts.Methods 50 patients with renal cysts admitted to Zhenjiang First People's Hospital from January 2020 to October 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group underwent traditional retrolaparoscopy,and the study group underwent single aperture retrolaparoscopy.The operative time,blood loss,length of hospital stay,incidence of peritoneal injury during surgery,incidence of adverse reactions,and pain score on the first day after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results The length of hospital stay and blood loss during operation in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the operation time was longer than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of peritoneal injury during surgery in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.556,P<0.05).The pain score on the first day after sur-gery of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical practice,the application of single aperture retrolaparoscopy for patients with renal cysts has a definite effect,and does not increase surgical complications,and its safety is guaranteed and the postoperative pain is light.
