吡非尼酮联合乙酰半胱氨酸治疗特发性肺间质纤维化的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的探究吡非尼酮联合乙酰半胱氨酸治疗特发性肺间质纤维化的疗效。方法回顾性选取2018年1月—2023年1月寿光市中医医院100例特发性肺间质纤维化患者的临床资料,按照用药方案不同分为两组,每组50例。对照组实施吡非尼酮治疗,观察组实施吡非尼酮联合乙酰半胱氨酸治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率(96.00%)高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.060,P<0.05)。观察组肺部功能指标水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组肺纤维化指标水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论吡非尼酮、乙酰半胱氨酸联合的方法治疗特发性肺间质纤维化患者,可改善患者临床症状,显著提升治疗效果。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of pirfenidone combined with acetylcysteine on idiopathic pulmonary interstitial fibrosis.Methods Clinical data of 100 patients with idiopathic pulmonary interstitial fibrosis in Shouguang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to January 2023 were retrospectively selected and divided into two groups according to different medication regimens,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pirfenidone,and the observation group was treated with pirfenidone combined with acetylcysteine.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in observation group 96.00%was higher than that in control group(80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.060,P<0.05).The level of lung function indexes in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of pulmonary fibrosis indexes in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of pirfenidone and acetylcysteine can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with idiopathic pulmonary interstitial fibrosis,and the therapeutic effect has been significantly improved.
