摘　　要：随着研究生教育改革不断深入,西部地区高校全日制专业硕士培养问题越来越被关注。以内蒙古科技大学各学科专业硕士研究生培养为研究对象,借鉴其他高校专业学位人才培养经验,从质量培养体系、培养计划的认定、培养目标体系、科研创新能力的培养措施和质量保障体系出发,以OBE理念为基础,探索以确保专业硕士培养质量为核心的新培养模式。With the deepening of postgraduate education reform,the cultivation of full-time professional master in universities in western China is paid more and more attention.Taking the cultivation of professional master in different disciplines in Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology as the research object,the paper explores the new training mode which ensures the training quality from the quality of training system,identification of the training plan,training target system,training measures and quality assurance system of scientific research and innovation ability based on OBE and experience of training professional talents in other universities.
