发动机限压阀开启故障原因分析及解决措施探究

摘  要:针对某款发动机在运行时出现限压阀开启,导致发动机限扭,无法正常运行故障,本文分析了限压阀与电动输油泵工作原理、喷油泵内部结构与低压燃油管路布置,并结合试验测试结果,确定电动输油泵工作产生的正压供油是造成限压阀开启的原因。试验结果表明,通过增加继电器,实现电控单元对电动输油泵的控制,可有效解决限压阀开启问题;除此之外,通过分析可知,更改低压燃油管路的布置也是很好的解决思路。上述解决措施的研究,对燃油低压管路的布置设计及电动输油泵的匹配具有重要的指导意义。A pressure limiting valve opening malfunction occurs on a certain running engine,which lead to torque limiting and abnormal operating.This paper analyses the working principal of pressure limiting valve and electrical priming pump,the inner structure of fuel injection pump,the layout of low pressure fuel pipelines and the test results.It is determined that the positive pressure fuel generated by the operating of the electrical priming pump is the cause of the pressure limiting valve opening malfunction.The experiment shows that the electronic control unit can control electrical priming pump by adding relay,which can solve the openness malfunction of Pressure limiting valve effectively;In addition,through the analysis,changing the layout of low pressure fuel pipelines is also a good solving idea.The research on solutions above has an important guiding significance for the layout of low pressure pipelines and the matching of electrical priming pump.
