摘 要:百分表对中法是设备轴系连接过程中最常用的对中方法,针对百分表对中不同的计算方法已有较多文章描述,但鲜有针对百分表安装位置进行的专业分析和指导。本文旨在针对轴系对中时,对百分表放置位置、百分表头预压位置进行介绍和分析,有利于对中人员在对中过程中能在不同对中设备及空间条件下,快速的判断最佳的百分表放置位置,得出准确的对中读数,保证读数的有效性,从而保证轴系对中精度,保障设备运行安全。The dial gauge alignment method is the most commonly used alignment method for align rotating shafts of different equipment.There have been many articles describing different calculation methods for dial gauge alignment,but there is little professional analysis and guidance on the installation position of the dial gauge.This article aims to introduce and analyze the placement position of the dial gauge and the pre pressing position of the dial gauge head during the alignment of the shaft system.It is beneficial for the alignment personnel to quickly determine the optimal placement position of the dial gauge under different alignment equipment and space conditions during the alignment process,and obtain accurate alignment readings which can ensure the reading effective,thereby ensuring the accuracy of shaft alignment and ensuring the safety of equipment operation.
