摘　　要：研发一种沥青道路施工过程中,路侧台阶的铣刨设备,该设备通过将铣刨鼓由中间布置创新性的设置为一侧布置,使用过程中,铣削方向由从上到下(铣削前垫料,铣削后清理垫料),改为从下向上(无需垫料清料),解决了沥青道路铺设过程中,路侧台阶的铣刨问题,该设备极大地提高了生产效率,施工灵活、铣刨方便,可以适用于不同的路侧地形,应用范围广。该装备的研发推广,将突破高等级公路拓宽施工过程中路侧台阶切割成型的“卡脖子”问题,解决道路新旧路面拼接质量难题;同时,该类专用工程装备的开发和推广,将为国家工程机械行业提供具有自主产权的道路施工专用装备,填补国内外道路维护拓宽专用铣刨设备的空白,有利于工程机械装备品类在道路施工市场的高质量发展。research and development of a kind of asphalt road construction process,the milling equipment of roadside steps,the equipment is innovatively set to one side arrangement by the middle arrangement of the milling drum,in the process of use,the milling direction is changed from top to bottom(bedding before milling,cleaning bedding after milling),changed from bottom to top(no bedding clearing),solved the milling problem of roadside steps in the process of asphalt road paving,the equipment greatly improves the production efficiency,the construction is flexible,the milling is convenient,can be applied to different roadside terrain,and has a wide range of applications.The R&D and promotion of this equipment will break through the"stuck neck"problem of roadside step cutting and forming in the process of high-grade highway widening construction,and solve the quality problem of splicing new and old road surfaces;At the same time,the development and promotion of this kind of special engineering equipment will provide the national construction machinery industry with special equipment for road construction with independent property rights,fill the gap of special milling equipment for road maintenance and expansion at home and abroad,and be conducive to the high-quality development of construction machinery and equipment in the road construction market.
