摘　　要：轴瓦性能的好坏,对发动机正常运转起着重要作用。大功率发动机三台机组在试车和耐久性试验过程中,发生轴瓦异常磨损和烧瓦故障。通过理化检验和试验检测,分析了轴瓦失效的原因,提出了改进和预防措施。The performance of bearing shell plays an important role in the normal operation of engines.Three units of high-power engine in a domestic plant have abnormal wear and scratch accidents of bearing shell during the trial run and durability test.The Examination of physical and chemical inspection and test detection have been done to analysis the reason for the failure of bearing shell,meanwhile,the improvement and preventive measures have been proposed.
