摘  要:为解决小浪底排沙洞工作闸门底缘长时间在高含沙水流磨蚀下严重损伤,影响工程泄洪排沙安全运用问题,按照适应黄河水沙调控调度新常态,减缓闸门底缘磨蚀速率,便于维修的原则,提出了由承载构件和抗磨板组合成装配式结构的闸门底缘设计方案。经过实际运用检验,此新型闸门底缘既可显著提高高含沙长历时水流工况下泄洪排沙运用弧形闸门底缘抗磨蚀性能,又能够大幅度提高修复效率和修复质量。In order to solve the problem of severe damage to the bottom edge of the working gate of the Xiaolangdi sediment discharge tunnel due to long-term erosion by high-sediment-content water flow,which affects the safe operation of flood discharge and sediment flushing,a design solution for the gate bottom edge is proposed.This solution adheres to the principle of adapting to the new normal of Yellow River water and sediment regulation and dispatch,slowing the erosion rate of the gate bottom edge,and facilitating maintenance.It involves a prefabricated structure composed of load-bearing components and wear-resistant plates.After practical application and inspection,this new type of gate bottom edge can significantly improve the erosion resistance of the arc-shaped gate bottom edge under high-sediment,long-duration water flow conditions,and also greatly enhance repair efficiency and quality.
