摘 要:为进一步研究大体积混凝土温控措施的可行性和最优性,进行大体积混凝土闸底板不同防裂措施温控效果仿真分析具有重要的现实意义。本文对南新泾泵闸工程中大体积混凝土闸室底板段不同防裂措施温控效果进行了仿真分析,主要研究了入模温度、冷却水管布置方式和保温层厚度对大体积混凝土温控防裂效果的影响,通过对比分析入模温度、冷却水管和保温层厚度对大体积混凝土拉应力的影响规律,提出了具体的温控建议,为现场施工拟定温控预案提供了依据,可供类似工程参考应用。For further research into the feasibility and optimality of temperature control measures for large-volume concrete,conducting a simulation analysis of the temperature control effects of different crack prevention measures on the bottom slab of the Nanxinjing Pump Gate holds significant practical importance.This paper presents a simulation analysis of the temperature control effects of various crack prevention measures on the floor of the large-volume concrete gate chamber section in the Nanxinjing Pump Gate project.The study primarily investigates the impact of casting temperature,cooling pipe arrangement,and insulation layer thickness on the temperature control and crack prevention effectiveness of the large-volume concrete.By comparing and analyzing the effects of casting temperature,cooling pipes,and insulation layer thickness on the tensile stress in the large-volume concrete,specific temperature control recommendations are proposed.These recommendations provide a basis for developing temperature control plans for on-site construction and can be used as references for similar engineering projects.
