摘  要:现有压密注浆需要用到钻机、拔管机等多种设备,注浆时人工用量多、移动速度慢,需经常拆卸管,施工步骤多。为解决这些问题,研发了CCG25压密注浆桩钻机。该机采用电液驱动、集中控制,实现了钻孔与连续拔管灌浆一体化,具备自动拆卸钻杆和行走功能,能够提高施工时工人安全性并降低劳动强度。此外,研发了钻机配套用直径为90mm的新型钻杆和大孔径的钻头,满足了钻孔、压密灌浆一体化施工要求。工地试验表明,钻机钻进、拔钻及灌浆速度和效率较高,劳动强度较低,机器操作和转移方便,完全满足工程需求,对钻孔压密注浆桩施工起到了积极的作用。In order to address the challenges associated with the existing pressure grouting process,which requires multiple pieces of equipment such as drilling rigs and pipe extractors,involves significant manual labor,slow movement,frequent pipe disassembly,and multiple construction steps,the CCG25 pressure grouting pile drilling rig has been developed.This machine utilizes electro-hydraulic drive and centralized control,enabling the integration of drilling with continuous pipe extraction grouting.It features automatic disassembly of drill rods and walking capabilities,enhancing worker safety and reducing labor intensity during construction.Additionally,research has been conducted on new 90mm diameter drill rods and larger diameter drill bits to meet the requirements for integrated drilling and pressure grouting construction.On-site tests have shown that the drilling rig offers high drilling,pipe extraction,and grouting speeds and efficiency,while maintaining low labor intensity.It is easy to operate and transfer,fully meeting project requirements,and plays a positive role in the construction of pressure grouting pile drilling.
