四逆散加味治疗功能性便秘疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察四逆散加味治疗功能性便秘的效果。方法:112例随机分为治疗组和对照组各56例,对照组予以莫沙比利治疗,治疗组用四逆散加味治疗。结果:治疗组临床治愈38例,显效13例,无效5例;对照组临床治愈28例,显效9例,无效19例。总有效率治疗组与对照组分别为91.07%和66.07%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:四逆散加味治疗功能性便秘疗效较好。Objective:To observe the effect of supplemented Sini Powder in the treatment of functional constipation.Methods:A total of 112 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,56 cases in each group.The control group were treated with mosapride,while the treatment group were treated with supplemented Sini Powder.Results:In the treatment group,there were 38 cases cured,13 cases markedly effective and 5 cases ineffective.In the control group,there were 28 cases cured,9 cases markedly effective and 19 cases ineffective.The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 91.07%and 66.07%respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Supplemented Sini Powder is effective in treating functional constipation.
