化痰清热汤联合针刺治疗痤疮痰热郁表型临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察化痰清热汤联合针刺治疗痤疮痰热郁表型的临床效果。方法:100例随机分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组用润燥止痒胶囊口服及维A乳膏外涂,观察组用化痰清热汤联合针刺放血治疗。结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组皮损积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后中医证候评分均低于治疗前且观察组较对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论:化痰清热汤联合针刺治疗痤疮痰热郁表型疗效较好,且安全。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Eliminating Phlegm and Clearing Heat Decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of acne with phlegm heat stagnation in exterior type.Methods:A total of 100 cases were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,50 cases in each group.The control group were treated with Capsule for Moisturizing Dryness to Relieve Itching and Vitamin A Cream,while the observation group were treated with Eliminating Phlegm and Clearing Heat Decoction combined with acupuncture and bloodletting.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the skin lesion score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Eliminating Phlegm and Clearing Heat Decoction combined with acupuncture is effective and safe in the treatment of acne with phlegm heat stagnation in exterior type.
