中药外洗癣病方联合复方酮康唑软膏治疗手足癣临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药外洗癣病方联合复方酮康唑软膏治疗手足癣的疗效。方法:132例分为两组,对照组61例用复方酮康唑软膏治疗,观察组71例用中药外洗癣病方及复方酮康唑软膏治疗。结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗14d后临床症状积分观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后1个月、3个月复发率观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率观察组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中药外洗癣病方联合复方酮康唑软膏治疗手足癣有良好疗效,且不增加不良反应。Objective:To observe the curative effect of External Washing Prescription of Chinese Herbs for Tinea Disease combined with Compound Ketoconazole Ointment in the treatment of tinea manus and pedis.Methods:A total of 132 cases were divided into two groups.Sixty-one cases in the control group were treated with Compound Ketoconazole Ointment while seventy-one cases in the observation group were treated with External Washing Prescription of Chinese Herbs for Tinea Disease and Compound Ketoconazole Ointment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the clinical symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at the time point of 1 month and 3 months after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:External Washing Prescription of Chinese Herbs for Tinea Disease combined with Compound Ketoconazole Ointment has good curative effect in the treatment of tinea manus and pedis,without increasing adverse reactions.
