乡村振兴战略下合伙创业何以推动返乡创业企业高质量发展?  

How Can Partnership Promote High-Quality Development of Returnee Start-Ups under the Rural Revitalization Strategy?

摘　　要：基于2019年我国2139家返乡创业企业调查数据,考察合伙创业对返乡创业企业高质量发展的影响及其作用机制。研究发现,合伙创业能显著推动返乡创业企业高质量发展,同时合伙创业人数与返乡创业企业高质量发展之间存在倒“U”形关系。机制检验结果表明,合伙创业者主要通过数字素养和社会关系网络来推动返乡创业企业高质量发展。异质性分析显示,合伙创业能显著推动发展型返乡创业企业的高质量发展,且创业人数与返乡创业企业高质量发展之间存在倒“U”形的非线性关系;合伙创业能显著推动中西部地区、二三产业中的返乡创业企业高质量发展。因此,建议返乡创业者结合自身发展阶段以及创业所在区域积极寻找理想合伙人开展创业,同时地方政府也要积极培育返乡创业者的数字素养和社会关系网络,进而更好地推动返乡创业企业高质量发展。Based on the survey data of 2139 returnee start-ups in China in 2019,this study investigates the impact of partnership entrepreneurship on the high-quality development of returnee start-ups and its mechanism.It has been found that partnership entrepreneurship can significantly promote the high-quality development of returnee start-ups,and there is an inverted U-shaped nonlinear relationship between the number of entrepreneurs and the high-quality development of returnee start-ups.Mechanism analysis reveals that partnership entrepreneurs can promote high-quality development of returnee start-ups through digital literacy and social networks.Heterogeneity analysis finds that partnership entrepreneurship can significantly promote the high-quality development of development-oriented returnee start-ups,and there is an inverted U-shaped nonlinear relationship between the number of entrepreneurs and the high-quality development of returnee start-ups;Partnership entrepreneurship can significantly promote the high-quality development of homecoming entrepreneurial enterprises in the central and western regions,as well as in the secondary and tertiary industries.Therefore,it is recommended that some homecoming entrepreneurs actively seek ideal partners to carry out homecoming entrepreneurship according to their own development stage and the region where they are located,and local governments should also actively cultivate the digital literacy and social network of homecoming entrepreneurs,so as to better promote the high-quality development of their enterprises.
