摘 要:在熔融沉积增材制造过程中,由于其加工方式和加工材料的缺陷会导致工件的力学性能有所局限,需要通过退火后处理来增强工件的力学性能,但同时会导致工件产生形变,使尺寸形状发生改变,不利于后续的试验或加工生产。为应对这一问题,文中通过Abaqus有限元仿真模拟ASTM D638 TYPE4标准试样的不同退火方式的热变形趋势,并结合传统夹具的设计要求,在不影响或提高原有退火效果的前提下,设计不同退火方式所需的夹具,旨在提供针对不同退火方式的抑制工件变形的夹具设计思路。Due to the processing methods and defects in the processed materials,the mechanical properties of the workpiece are limited in the manufacturing of molten deposition additives.Annealing treatment is used to enhance the mechanical properties of the workpiece,but at the same time,it can cause deformation of the workpiece,causing changes in size and shape,which is not conducive to subsequent experiments or processing production.To address this issue,this paper uses Abaqus finite element simulation to simulate the thermal deformation trends of ASTM D638 TYPE4 standard specimens under different annealing methods.Combined with the design requirements of traditional fixtures,fixtures required for different annealing methods are designed without affecting or improving the original annealing effect.The aim is to provide fixture design ideas for different annealing methods to suppress workpiece deformation.
