摘 要:为了探究桥梁伸缩缝预制锚固区底板性能,建立了具有钢箱-混凝土结构的桥梁伸缩缝有限元模型,设计了现场车辆的静荷载试验,得出了不同荷载下同一测点处的有限元计算应力与现场试验应力。通过对比有限元计算与现场试验结果,得出桥梁伸缩缝钢箱底板的应力随着底板厚度增加而减小,验证了钢箱有限元模型的合理性;利用有限元模型进行结构优化,得出100 kN荷载下8~20 mm钢箱底板均符合设计规范。In order to investigate the performance of the base plate in the precast anchorage area of the bridge expansion joint,this paper establishes a finite element model of the bridge expansion joint with a steel box-concrete structure,and designs a static load test of the vehicle in the field.By comparing the FEM calculation with the field test results,it is concluded that the stress of the steel box base plate of the bridge expansion joint decreases with the increase of the base plate thickness,which verifies the reasonableness of the steel box FEM model.By using the FEM model for structural optimization,it is concluded that the 8-20 mm steel box base plate under 100 kN load meets the design specification.
