摘  要:针对某通信模块设计机箱自散热结构,通过对机箱散热盖部分增加翅片,设计了通信模块与机箱传热的三维理论模型。首先采用SolidWorks建立三维模型导入到COMSOL传热板块中,通过对通信模块和机箱的温度场分布情况进行模拟,计算分析了在环境温度为60℃条件下矩形翅片高度、厚度、间距对散热情况的影响,结果显示当翅片高度为5 mm、厚度为1.5 mm、间距为2 mm时机箱达到最佳散热效果。The self-cooling structure of a communication module is designed.By adding fins to the heat dissipation cover of the communication module,a three-dimensional theoretical model of heat transfer between the communication module and the chassis is designed.Firstly,a three-dimensional model is established using SolidWorks and imported into the COMSOL heat transfer plate.Through the simulation of the temperature field distribution of the communication module and chassis,the influence of the height,thickness and spacing of the rectangular fins on the heat dissipation is calculated and analyzed under the condition that the ambient temperature is 60℃.The results show that when the height of the fins is 5 mm and the thickness is 1.5 mm,the temperature of the rectangular fins is 1.5 mm,the spacing is 2 mm,the best heat dissipation effect can be achieved.At the same time,it also provides the theoretical basis for the company's chassis heat dissipation.
