摘  要:安图A2000PLUS仪器主轴系统中顶端的端面圆跳动受多种因素的影响,其中主要的因素是盘的端面圆跳动或者端面的平面度、轴系统的上下两个接触面的偏摆两方面的影响。文中进行系统的分析并采用推理计算和实际装配验证两种方法得出端面圆跳动结果,并对比分析确认端面圆跳动结果的一致性。找到解决端面圆跳动超差问题的方案,同时跟踪方案执行结果,按此设计改进后端面圆跳动合格率由原来的90%提高到100%,为企业解决了难题。There are various factors that might affect the top end face runout in Autobio A2000PLUS instrument spindle system.Among those factors,the two most essential aspects are the disk end face runout or the flatness of the end face,and the swing of the upper and lower two contact surfaces in the shaft system.In this paper,systematic analysis is carried out,meanwhile,the end face runout result is obtained through both rational method and experimental and practical implementation.Its consistency of the results is confirmed by comparative analysis.After figuring out a solution to the out-of-tolerance of end face runout,and following up the program implementation,the qualified rate of end face runout under this design improvement reaches 100%from 90%,which solves the knotty problem of the enterprise.
