摘  要:水力喷砂射孔技术是广泛应用且行之有效的油田提高采收率方式。喷砂射孔喷嘴必须具有良好的耐冲蚀性,以保证井下喷砂射孔的作业寿命。文中针对喷砂射孔喷嘴不同入口曲线,建立了3种常用曲线的喷嘴模型,利用有限元分析软件对喷嘴的磨料加速效果及耐磨性进行了仿真分析,筛选了加速效果最好、耐磨性最优的喷嘴结构。通过地面试验,所优选喷嘴表现出了良好的套管切削效果及良好的耐磨性。该水力喷砂射孔喷嘴可用于现场作业中,助力油气增储上产。Hydraulic sandblasting perforating technology is a widely used and effective way to improve oil recovery in oil fields.The sandblasting perforating nozzle must have good erosion resistance to ensure the operational life of the downhole sandblasting shot hole.According to the different inlet curves of the sandblasting perforating nozzle,this paper establishes three models of commonly used curves.The abrasive acceleration effect and wear resistance of the nozzle are simulated and analyzed using the finite element analysis software,and the nozzle structure with the best acceleration effect and wear resistance is selected.Through ground test,the selected nozzle shows good casing cutting effect and good wear resistance.The hydraulic sandblasting perforating nozzle can be used in field operations to help increase oil and gas storage and production.
