摘　　要：综合运用文献资料、逻辑法、哲学以及复杂性科学等研究方法,阐明了中国运动训练理论恪守“构成论规律”方法论的困囿,阐释了突破中国训练理论方法论瓶颈的进路,提出了新时代中国训练理论创新建设的重要命题。研究认为,中国运动训练理论的主要载体为《运动训练学》教材,承袭了马特维也夫《运动训练原理》主要思想,创建了中国训练理论体系和优秀运动员竞技能力结构模型理论,至今仍深度契合一般系统论方法论纲领和思想。突破“构成论规律”方法论的困囿,需以当代训练问题为中心,建立多重研究范式的统一视域。重视“向上因果”研究,建立“双因果链”理论解释的方法;从“简单性”到“复杂性”,重塑训练理论研究的理论依据;倡导“融贯方法论”,构建中国训练理论研究方法论原则。新时代中国训练理论创新建设应重在顶层设计,勇于解惑训练理论中的科学问题,夯实前瞻性基础研究,破解“组分结构”和利用数据挖掘技术助推理论创新等。By comprehensively using the methods of literature review,logic,philosophy,and complexity science,this present pa⁃per expounds the constraints of Chinese sports training theory as a result of adhering to the"constitutive law"methodology,clarifies the pathways to overcome the bottleneck in Chinese training theory methodology,and puts forward the proposition of innovating and con⁃structing Chinese training theory for the new era.The research suggests that the primary form of Chinese sports training theory is the textbook"Sports Training",which inherits the main ideas from Matveyev's"Principles of Sports Training",establishes the Chinese training theory system and the theoretical model of the structure of excellent athletes'competitive abilities,and remains well aligned with the general systematic theory and methodology.In order to transcend the constraints of the"constitutive law"methodology,it is imper⁃ative to center focus on contemporary training issues and establish a unified perspective for multiple research paradigms.This entails emphasizing research on"upward causality"and developing methods for explaining the"dual causal chain"theory,reshaping the theo⁃retical foundation of training theory research from focusing on"simplicity"to embracing"complexity";advocating for an"integrated methodology"and formulating principles of research methodology for Chinese training theory.In the new era,the innovation and con⁃struction of Chinese sports training theory should primarily focus on top-level design.This involves courageously addressing scientific issues within training theory,establishing a solid foundation through forward-looking basic research,and unlocking theoretical innova⁃tions by deciphering"component structures"and leveraging data mining techniques.
