摘 要:新文科背景下公共管理类专业教育水平与效果的提升需要破解相关专业大学生自我认可度、专业认可度低的困局,这有赖于公共管理类大学生专业使命感的提升。本研究基于广东省华南农业大学公共管理类大学生专业使命感的现状调查及实证分析,发现公共管理类大学生专业使命感整体偏低,并且在性别、学习成绩分类下各群体间存在显著差异,学生个体特征、学习氛围、专业认知程度和亲社会的价值取向是其重要影响因素。结合新文科建设的要求,公共管理类大学生专业使命感的提升需要从学生个体、院校、社会三个层面入手去探寻实现策略。Under the background of the new liberal arts,the improvement of the education level and effect of public management majors needs to solve the dilemma of low self-recognition and professional recognition of college students majoring in related majors,which depends on the improvement of the professional sense of mission of college students majoring in public management.Based on the investigation and empirical analysis of the current situation of the professional mission of public management college students in South China Agricultural University in Guangdong Province,this study finds that the professional mission of public management college students is generally low,and there are significant differences among groups under the classification of gender and academic performance.Students’individual characteristics,learning atmosphere,professional cognition and pro-social value orientation are important influencing factors.Combined with the requirements of the construction of new liberal arts,the promotion of the professional mission of public management college students needs to explore the implementation strategies from the three levels of individual students,colleges and society.
