摘 要:为探讨品种和饲养模式对鸭上笼应激的血清生化指标的影响,研究以缙云麻鸭和金定鸭为研究对象,分别采用平养和笼养的养殖方式探究上笼应激对其血清生化指标和抗氧化能力的影响。结果显示:品种和饲养模式的交互作用对抗氧化能力指标超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和血清细胞因子白细胞介素-6(IL-6)有显著(P<0.05)或极显著影响(P<0.01);饲养模式对抗氧化能力指标过氧化氢酶(CAT)、丙二醛(MDA)和肝功能指标白蛋白(ALB)、血清细胞因子免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)有显著(P<0.05)或极显著影响(P<0.01)。其中平养模式丙二醛、白蛋白、免疫球蛋白G、白细胞介素-1β、白细胞介素-2和白细胞介素-6含量显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)低于笼养模式,其他指标则显著高于笼养模式(P<0.01);品种对抗氧化能力指标超氧化物歧化酶有显著影响,金定鸭极显著高于缙云麻鸭(P<0.01)。研究表明上笼应激对缙云麻鸭和金定鸭肝脏、心脏和肾功能产生的应激损伤不显著,但对其抗氧化能力损伤较为明显。To investigate the effect of breed and feeding mode on the serum biochemical index of ducks under cage stress,Jinyun duck and jinding duck was selected as the research object,the flat and cage breeding methods was used to explore the ef⁃fect of cage stress on serum biochemical index and resistance of oxidative capacity.The results showed that the interaction of breed and feeding mode had significant(P<0.05)or highly significant(P<0.01)effects on the antioxidant capacity indices of su⁃peroxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),and the serum cytokine interleu⁃kin-6(IL-6),and that feeding mode had significant(P<0.01)or highly significant(P<0.05)effects on the antioxidant capacity in⁃dices of Catalase(CAT),malondialdehyde(MDA)and liver function indicators albumin(ALB),serum cytokines immunoglobulin M(IgM),immunoglobulin G(IgG),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-2(IL-2),and interleukin-6(IL-6)had significant(P<0.05)or highly significant(P<0.01).Among them,malondialdehyde,albumin immunoglobulin G,interleukin-1β,interleukin-2 and in⁃terleukin-6 were significantly(P<0.05)or highly significant(P<0.01)lower than the cage mode in the flat mode,and the other in⁃dexes were significantly higher than the cage mode(P<0.01);Breed had significant effect on superoxide dismutase,an indicator of antioxidant capacity,and Jinding ducks were extremely significantly higher than Jinyun ducks(P<0.01).The above results showed that the Jinyun ducks and Jinding ducks in this experiment in the process of cage stress in the liver,heart and kidney function of the stress injury was not significant,but its antioxidant capacity damage was more obvious.
