摘 要:针对非道路IV阶段柴油机,围绕三种活塞的选型,研究了不同压缩比活塞对发动机摩擦功、压缩压力、燃油经济性以及排放特性的影响。结果表明,压缩比越大的活塞摩擦功和压缩压力越大。额定转速和扭矩转速下,随着活塞压缩比的升高,燃油经济性存在最优点拐点,在额定转速下较为明显。压缩比越高的活塞NOx排放量越低,但烟度排放随负荷增大上升明显。The influence of pistion with different compression ratios on friction power,compression pressure,fuel economy and emission characteristics was researched for pistion selection in a non-road diesel that meets stage IV standard.The result show that the high compression ratio can increase the friction power and compression pressure.As the compression ratio increases,there has a optimal brake specific fuel consumption under the rated speed and the torque speed,especially obvious at the rated speed.There has low NOx emissions for high compression ratio,while keep obvious increase for smoke emissions with the increasing load.
