摘 要:由于传统方法在汽车制动器摩擦片残缺检测应用中正检率比较低,无法达到预期的检测效果,提出基于灰度图二值化的汽车制动器摩擦片残缺检测方法。采用CCD工业相机采集到摩擦片图像信息,通过对摩擦片灰度图二值化处理,提取到摩擦片图像前景区域,利用递增函数计算出摩擦片轮廓连通域,提取到摩擦片残缺特征,从而识别检测出摩擦片残缺。经实验证明,设计方法正检率在95%以上,在汽车制动器摩擦片残缺检测方面具有良好的应用前景。Due to the low positive detection rate of traditional methods in the detection of automotive brake friction plate defects,the expected detection effect cannot be achieved.Therefore,a method for detecting automotive brake friction plate defects based on grayscale image binarization is proposed.The image information of the friction plate is collected using a CCD industrial camera.By binarizing the grayscale image of the friction plate,the foreground area of the friction plate image is extracted.The connected domain of the friction plate contour is calculated using an increasing function,and the incomplete features of the friction plate are extracted,thereby identifying and detecting the defect of the friction plate.Through experiments,it has been proven that the design method has a positive detection rate of over 95%,and has good application prospects in the detection of incomplete friction plates in automotive brakes.
