摘  要:依据空气横掠单管强迫对流换热原理,研制平衡点跟踪型强迫对流换热实验装置。装置利用单片机控制风速和加热功率等实验工况参数,对工况参数进行同步调整、实时采集分析,实现热平衡状态点跟踪。采用牛顿冷却公式和准则关系式自动计算努谢尔特数和雷诺数,自动拟合准则关系式、自动显示关联式曲线,实现了全自动数据分析。测试结果表明,在雷诺数40~4000范围内,实验结果与经验关联式吻合度较好,实现了热平衡点自动跟踪,达到了强迫对流换热实验实时自动测量要求。Based on the principle of forced convection heat transfer in a single tube with air crossing,an equilibrium point tracking type experimental device for forced convection heat transfer is developed.The device uses a microcontroller to control experimental operating parameters such as wind speed and heating power,and synchronously adjusts and collects real-time analysis of operating parameters to achieve thermal equilibrium state point tracking.By using Newton's cooling formula and criterion relationship,the Nusselt number and Reynolds number are automatically calculated,the criterion relationship is automatically fitted,and the correlation curve is automatically displayed,achieving fully automatic data analysis.The test results show that within the Reynolds number range of 40-4000,the experimental results are in good agreement with the empirical correlation equation,achieving automatic tracking of the thermal equilibrium point and meeting the real-time automatic measurement requirements for forced convection heat transfer experiments.
